The Public Service Reform agenda outlines the need for public, third sector and private organisations to work more effectively in partnership with communities and each other, to deliver better services for patients and the public.

There is also a clear objective of the change agenda to invest in community-based, person-centred and asset-based approaches which prevent ill-health and dependency on public services.
